Our range of organic Composts and Mulches act as great soil improvers as well as performing well as natural fertilisers & pesticides. They are also excellent for breaking up dense, heavy clay soils and are ideal for mulching fruit and vegetable beds, flower borders and indeed all planting areas where soil exhaustion (a reduction in nutrients) occurs. Composts and Mulches will enrich and rejuvenate tired soils naturally back to life, which in turn aids strong healthy plant growth and productivity.

Two of the most common composts used today are Mushroom Compost, a compost derived from mushroom farms and Organic Soil Improver, which is a fine organic green compost screened to just 10mm. Both composts are perfect for giving your soil the nutrient boost it needs to enable healthy growth, whilst aiding water retention and improving aeration within the soils, which is essential for strong healthy growth, both above and below ground.
