A blend of sustainable selected British hardwoods, our 100% natural, 5-35mm Premium Hardwood Play Chip is chipped to a uniformed size and offers a great balance between appearance, durability and economy, when compared to play barks and other decorative barks and surface coverings.
Fully tested for play use to BS EN 1177:2008, our clean Hardwood Play Chip is a great alternative to more expensive play barks, whilst also being widely used as an economical option to decorative barks, meeting a wide range of landscape uses such as dressing and mulching beds and borders and path coverings, whilst also being ideal for chicken runs and coops owing to its longevity.
A light chestnut brown in colour, which softens over time, our 100% hardwood chip is extremely durable and very easy to install. Being a clean chipped product with minimal fines, our Hardwood Play Chip drains well, giving the product prolonged longevity, which makes it a good choice for use in busy play areas.
Owing to its economic cost and extended durability, our Premium Hardwood Chip is a great alternative to play grade barks, both for play and decorative landscape uses and is a popular choice for local authority installations.
