Our 40mm Plum Slate is a natural chipping derived from Welsh Slate quarries. Also known as Welsh Slate., the colour varies between Plum and Plum/Blue depending on the veins being worked. 40mm Plum Slate is ideal for dressing Beds and Borders and more general landscape areas. 25-50mm in size, these chippings are not suitable for driveways as vehicle movements will crush the slate chippings down over time.
